Log in using the email address used for your order, select the relevant order and use the available withdrawal, cancellation or return function. After submitting your withdrawal electronically, you will receive an electronic confirmation.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

RETURN SHIPMENT

After contacting support, you will receive return instructions and the return address. You must send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

REFUND

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at support@givorypeople.com. Your statutory rights in respect of defects remain unaffected.
