    Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding national holidays.
    Processing time: 1–2 business days after your order has been confirmed.
    Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking email.

  2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Times
    We ship exclusively from our European fulfilment centre (Germany) to customers within the European Union.

Netherlands & Germany: 2–4 business days (DHL / UPS)
Other EU countries: 3–7 business days (DHL / UPS)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs checks, weather, or local courier delays.

  1. Shipping Costs
    To keep things clear and fair, GIVORY People applies flat-rate shipping across the EU.

Netherlands & Germany: €4.95
Rest of the EU (mainland): €6.95
Orders over €50: Free shipping

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. We may occasionally offer promotional free shipping.

  1. Tracking & Delivery
    All parcels include a tracking number once dispatched.
    Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect information.
    In case of a delivery issue (delay, loss, or damage), contact us within 48 hours at support@givorypeople.comso we can resolve it quickly.

  2. Taxes & Duties
    All orders within the European Union include VAT and applicable duties. No additional customs or import charges apply for EU customers.
